2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Description of Service
ZenDoc AI is an AI-powered document generation tool that creates structured documents from user prompts across 25 document types and exports them as PDF and DOCX. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying usage limits.
4. Territorial Availability & EU/EEA Restriction
The free tier of the Service is available globally subject to local law. Paid Pro subscriptions are not currently available to users located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) while we complete EU VAT MOSS registration and a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum. Checkout requests from EU/EEA locales are blocked at the payment layer and will return an "unavailable in your region" response.
If you are located in the EU/EEA you remain welcome to use the free tier. We will announce EU/EEA availability via the pricing page.
5. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Authentication is provided by Clerk Inc. Accounts are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
- Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or payment
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying model weights or prompts
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Input personal data about third parties without a lawful basis
7. Intellectual Property
Documents you generate using ZenDoc AI belong to you, subject to any third-party rights in the inputs you provide. The Service itself, including its code, design, prompts, and branding, remains the property of ZenDoc AI. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
